  1. About a cup of cold chickpeas ( you can make this if you cooked up a batch of chickpeas the day before)
  2. About a cup of yoghurt
  3. About 2 to 4 stems of celery

Method[]

  1. Cut the celery into convenient bite size pieces.
  2. If there isn't too much salt already in your diet you can add a little with peper and/or other spices you like.
  3. Mix everything together.
  4. Enjoy

Vartiations[]

The celery can be replaced with tomatoes, cucumber, sweet apples, whatever is to hand or a larger salad can be made with more fruit and vegetables.
