- About a cup of cold chickpeas ( you can make this if you cooked up a batch of chickpeas the day before)
- About a cup of yoghurt
- About 2 to 4 stems of celery

- Cut the celery into convenient bite size pieces.
- If there isn't too much salt already in your diet you can add a little with peper and/or other spices you like.
- Mix everything together.
- Enjoy

The celery can be replaced with tomatoes, cucumber, sweet apples, whatever is to hand or a larger salad can be made with more fruit and vegetables.
