Ingredients

Crockpot Mac and Cheese
  • 3 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine -- melted
  • 2 cups evaporated milk
  • 3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup herb bread crumbs


Directions

  1. Toss macaroni with butter or margarine.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour into lightly greased crock-pot.
  4. Cover and cook on high 2 to 3 hours, stirring once or twice.
  5. Spoon into individual serving bowls and sprinkle herb bread crumbs on top.
  6. Enjoy.
