  • A drizzle of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 1 cup of onions
  • 3 cups of chopped endive
  • 2 tablespoon of chopped cilantro

Directions Edit

1. Heat a skillet over high heat , add the oil then when its hot , add the garlic and onions and cook for a few minutes then add the endive and cilantro and cook for 8 minutes until tender. Remove from the heat and serve.
