About Fennel[]
Fennel is a type of vegetable that is closely related to parsley, carrots, dill, and coriander. Although it is often mistaken for celery, Fennel has a flavor that more closely resembles licorice.
The bulb is an excellent source of Vitamin C. The stalk and the leaves are also edible.
Eating fennel also helps to reduce one's cholesterol.
