  • 2 cups of red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup of pears, peeled, cored and dice
  • 2 tablespoons of orange juice
  • 1/2 cup of pecans, toasted
  • 1 cup of carrots, peeled, cut in half and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup of zucchini, peeled, cut in half and thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of pineapple juice
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon of honey
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil


  1. Rinse the red cabbage over cold water , Pat it dry and put it in a large bowl
  2. In a small bowl toss the pears with 1 tablespoon of orange juice , add the pears to the cabbage along with pecans , carrots and zucchini
  3. In a small bowl whisk in the remaining of orange juice , Pineapple Juice , Mayonnaise , Honey , salt , Pepper , Parmesan cheese and olive oil.
  4. Add the dressing to the cabbage mixture and toss until it is coated with the dressing. Serve.
