Hi, I'm Kenyon Hart. A graduate of NYC's Natural Gourmet Institute, I'm currently the sous chef of The Blarney Station restaurant in Warwick, New York. I've currently been in the restaurant business for a little over two years now, but I've been a vegetarian (with some vegan tendencies) for about five years now.
I've worked at number of places in the Orange-Sussex county area, including Savannah's, Max's Station House, Mohawk House and Hart Hill Farms.
I'm hoping to launch a website for my new side project soon: Crooked Plate Catering.
